You want your life to change. You’re tired of the same old, same old. You don’t feel like you’re advancing in any area of life, even though you feel as though you’ve never worked harder.
You’re chasing a breakthrough. A sign – any kind of sign – that shows you you’re on the right path. Even a small return on time, effort, and energy would give you the sense that what you’re doing is worth doing. It would give you the inspiration and energy to continue, to persevere.
I have some words for anyone in this position – make the leap.
This may strike you as ambiguous, yet, without saying a word more, you probably have a sense of what I’m talking about.
That’s because what’s holding you back has been a long-time companion on your journey. It’s just that you’ve ignored it, avoided it, or have tried to bottle it up.
You’re sure to have a better sense of what that is than I. It might be a conversation you need to have. A course you’ve been wanting to take. A step you need to take in life.
Whatever it is, you’ve been avoiding it for a while. At first, you were avoiding it consciously. Then, it became unconscious.
Occasionally, it rears its ugly head just to remind you of its presence, and you feel a tightness in your heart or a pang in your stomach. Which is why you avoid it.
It’s time to make the leap.
It’s a leap of faith if there ever was one, but the moment you take it, you realize there were safety nets all around you. You just couldn’t see them from your vantage point.
The moment you make the leap, there will be a shift in energy. You will begin to see flow in your life again. Things envisioned, imagined, prayed for, hoped for, longed for, yearned for, and worked towards, will begin to show up in your world.
It’s as if a pool of blessings is finally released. A dam broken. A payment held in escrow finally released.
When you finally make the leap, whatever you’ve been avoiding doesn’t seem scary anymore. You begin to achieve a greater sense of peace and calm about your life.
And that makes it easier to navigate new challenges as they arise. Because you realize everything you’ve been working towards is on the other side of making the leap.
