Conversely, if you want to ensure that your message gets lost somewhere in the bottom of the pile (potentially never to be answered), send the following:

Guest post inquiries. Not interested.
Irrelevant pitches. Not interested.
Pitches in general. Unless they are incentive-based or intent to hire.
Spam. Enough said.
